Policies
Copyright and Republishing
You are welcome to republish most CRGD publications free of charge. Here is how.
CRGD wants its work to be read as widely as possible. Unless a publication says otherwise, its text is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).
You may
- republish our articles, briefs and reports in print or online, in full or in part
- translate them into other languages
- use our charts and tables in your own work
- quote from our publications
On these conditions
- Credit the author and CRGD, for example: “This article was first published by CRGD: The Public Policy Bridge.”
- Link to the original on our website where you can.
- Do not change the meaning. You may edit for length and house style, but you must not alter the substance, and you must indicate if you have made significant changes.
- Do not imply endorsement. You must not suggest that CRGD or the author endorses you, your organisation or your use of the work.
Exceptions
- Photographs and illustrations are often licensed to us by others and are not covered by this licence unless stated. Please ask before reusing them.
- Opinion pieces and expert views by external contributors may carry different terms. Check the publication, or ask us.
- Our name and logo are not covered by this licence. See media enquiries.
Please tell us
You do not need permission to republish under these terms, but we would like to know. Write to info@crgd.in with a link to your republication.
