Founders' Lecture 2026: Why Public Policy Needs a Bridge
The inaugural Founders' Lecture, on the distance between evidence, citizens and decision makers, and what an independent institution can do to close it.
The Founders’ Lecture is CRGD’s annual public lecture on a question of lasting importance for public life in Kerala and India.
In this inaugural lecture, CRGD’s founder will reflect on why good evidence so often fails to reach the people who make decisions, why citizens are so rarely consulted before policy is made, and what an independent, non partisan institution can do about both.
The lecture will be followed by questions from the audience.
