Kerala Policy Conclave 2026: Ageing, Work and Migration
A two day conference on three forces reshaping Kerala's society and economy, with researchers, officials, employers, unions and civil society.
Kerala’s population is ageing quickly. The nature of work is changing. Patterns of migration out of, into and back to the state are shifting. Each of these is usually discussed on its own. The Kerala Policy Conclave brings them together, because their effects on families, public finances and the economy are closely connected.

- Panel: Who will care for Kerala’s older citizens?

- Closing session: an agenda for the next five years
